When is the right time to visit the dentist for the first time?

There are no hard and fast rules on when to visit the dentist, but here are some guidelines to follow:

• When you are experiencing a toothache or any other dental issue.

• When you have a little one nearing their first birthday. It's important to start kids early on the path to good dental health!

• When you want to improve the appearance of your smile.

• We recommend a regular cleaning and exam at least every 6 months to keep your teeth healthy and clean.

What can I expect at my first visit?

What can I expect with Invisalign®?

Invisalign® is a wonderful method of straightening your teeth gently and invisibly. Every few weeks you'll receive custom-fitted invisible trays to wear. These gradually straighten your teeth, making them much gentler than traditional braces. Invisalign® is meant to be worn for a majority of your day but can be removed to eat or drink. At your first visit, Dr. Kim can provide a consultation and explain exactly what to expect.
